Fidel Murphy’s Irish Pub was the only Irish pub on the island. The Guinness had a nice head, about 3/4 of an inch. Nice dark color. This time I added a new test to test the foam. I dipped a finger in the head and observed if any peaks were formed. It did ok. A peak was formed but did not have a pointed top. The taste was rich stout flavor, not too bitter. Over all I would rate it an 8 out of 10.
